I have been in the web business for 7 years now and have never been as pleased with a hosting company as I am with Bluehost. In the past, shortly after signing up with a new hosting company I would be searching for a new one due to down time and poor customer service. This is not the case with Bluehost. The service I receive at Bluehost combined with the features offered in your hosting packages really make me feel like I am getting the most bang for my buck.

Based on my experience, Blue Host is the best web hosting that anyone can rely on. Their technical support is courtersy, quick and very helpfull in dealing with the problem. One of the best thing is there's no option in the phone menu. Just dial the number and they'll be there for you right away.

Our experience with Bluehost has been exceptional. We run a multi-player online roleplaying game, and bluehost handles the heavy load with few problems, those minor issues that we have had were not only solved to our satisfaction, but quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, as a game owner, disgruntled players can often get nasty, and complain to the host. Unlike our former host, bluehost handles these situations professionally, bearing in mind who's paying the bills. It gives us a GREAT feeling of comfort knowing we will not lose our account (and our livelyhood) because some teen-ager had his starship destroyed in our game, as happened with our previous host. We were looking for a host for our new podcast, and BlueHost came highly recommended by a number of other podcasters and bloggers. Setup of our podcast using the valuable tools that came the account took just a few hours, including launching our entire podcast website! We used Fantastico to auto-install WordPress, which makes hosting a blog/podcast site easy to setup and maintain. I had two support questions during the setup, and they were answered quickly. Based on my experience, I would recommend BlueHost for podcast hosting, blog hosting, or hosting any website!

My primary site is as-seen-on-tv-factory-direct.com. This is an affiliate site that's primary purpose is for eCommerce. I need a reliable hosting service to keep this site up 24 hours / 7 days a week. I chose bluehost based on price & features. I always use Linux servers with Apache web servers. I also require PHP, POP mail, SSL, Frontpage extensions, FTP access, and access to raw log files. Bluehost has it all and at a good price.

After almost a year using bluehost, I plan on renewing my subscription. The site has been up everytime I have checked. I have not had any issues with down time. I did have one service issue, on a subdomain, in regard to mySQL database access. With the addition of a white list of allowed IP addresses I was unable to transfer the database on my server, to bluehost. I opened a service request. I was impressed with the result. I had a very reasonable response time. The service people knew the IP address that I was using without me even telling them. When I was worried about my IP being DHCP based ( via RoadRunner ), they already knew that it would not change enough to cause big headaches.

That was three months ago, and they were right, the IP address has remained the same. Service responses are the primary reason I have switched providers in the past. The hosts seem to remain up and running well for the most part, however, they do things like upgrade systems that break scripts ( i.e. new versions of PHP ), then have terrible response times, or clueless support personal, I get upset and move to a new provider.

One of the many reasons why I choose bluehost is because it is user friendly and the price is competitive considering the amount of disk space quota and other supporting service. I have try other webhosting services, the price is about the same with bluehost but i encounter disk space shortage and limited web support service. The most fearsome factor is you need a PhD in computer science to configure your website They are very concerned about you having reached disk space quota and send you reminder to increase the space quota. Very Caring Indeed!.

Anyway I have recommended bluehost to a few of my business associates.

Buehost has greatly improved my outlook on web hosting. All I needed was someone to host my site but I learned a lot more along the way. I'm glad I chose Bluehost because they have the greatest support, and indeed the best plan out there. I have had no question go unanswered, or indeed not asked a question without someone jumping to my aid. That is why I am glad I chose Bluehost. It may sound cheesy, but I think I got a lot more than just a host when I signed up for Bluhost.

I have been a bluehost member since Jan '04 and am so glad I chose you guys. It was overwhelming at first, trying to choose a hosting provider. There are Millions!

I finished a two year Web Design program last year and am now just doing a bit of freelancing while also being a new mom. I always recommend you to new clients if they need a host.

If I am unsure of how to do something for client (ie: re-directs, etc) I feel confident that I can just pick up the phone and call you guys! Everyone is so helpful and kind and I've never had to wait on hold. (very important with a needy baby in the background!) Excellent customer service and features, keep it up!

I must tell you being a little new to this, I was amzed at the response I got from your company when I signed up. I actually got a real phone call from a real person!!! I was in shock. I have used tech services a few times and it is wonderful to speak to a live person within a matter of a minute or so, not to mention all issues are normally solved almost instantly. This was not at all what I was used to given my previous providers experience. I am getting way more for a whole lot less, and better service as well. Your company is rated number 1 for me. I should be around a long time.

I've had many hosts for my websides over the past years and finally have found the absI'olute best host at the best price, Blue Host. This is not an exageration, I have been in business since 1979, on the net for 10 years and have spent endless hours comparing hosts, (I still do). I followed some of the basic information that was provided on the web site, as well as a couple of calls to some very helpful and informative technicians, used Front Page, and now have my third web site up. Hi Matt ! I believe in telling it like it really is ! I have a lot of professional sales,one on one but when it comes to the internet,web pages,HTML etc. I am still a green horn but learning every day. I have been with other hosting companies and they left a lot to be desired when it comes to the normal,everyday protocol. Without going into un-necessary detail I will just say that since I have been with your company I have talked to quite a few of your support reps and every one of them have been very easy to talk with and very helpful with their knowledge and I didn't have to ask them to repeat their answer over and over.

I don't care if the rep is chinese,russian,latino or whatever, as long as they can speak ENGLISH well enough to be understood.Thanks, Matt and don't settle for less than the quality of reps you have now.

I moved to BlueHost from another web host provider because I wasn't happy with their service. My experience with Bluehost has been excellent. I have never noticed any downtime, the features and options available are way beyond what I previously had, and support is great. I also like that spam filtering is better than my AT&T account. I feel much more confident with Bluehost than other web hosts I've tried and will continue to use and recommend them.
